The Best Workouts would never fail you. Don't follow an average workout program that will lead you to over-train, follow the best workout. Don't believe you can become fit one body part at a time. You are not an elite bodybuilder. You will not have 21 inch arms. You must follow basic laws of fitness. Train hard. Train in short bursts. Build lean muscle with compound exercises. Rest. Follow a healthy meal plan. Eliminate processed foods. Mix up your workouts every three to four weeks. Realize results come faster with a professional workout routine. Follow the best workout plan.
