- You perform ten basic exercises that require whole-body involvement.
- You perform ten foundation building workouts.
- You log your workout every day on Workout-X.
- You encourage others every day on Workout-X by posting positive comments.
- You record your bodyweight and a few other simple metrics each day.
- You perform exercises in ways that maximize all the metabolic processes.
- Your keep your program fresh, different and stimulating, not limited to the mundane stuff seen in so many magazines and commercial gyms.
- At times, you use equipment, and at other times, you will use your own bodyweight (if you do not have equipment, that is okay, as there are many substitutions).
- You use varying speeds for your exercises.
- You work at your own ability level. This program can be done by anyone from top athletes to beginners. You can make your workout as hard as you want or you can make it fairly easy. We recommend that you steadily build up to working fairly hard; this is the quickest way to your fitness goal.
